Valve Operations
Valve Operations opens a sub-menu of commands for managing the shutoff valves of gas and water ERTs, meters, and modules. Workflows for valve operation commands can differ significantly by command type and even more so between water and gas devices. If you are unfamiliar with these commands, be sure to carefully read the documentation available before performing valve operations–especially those which connect and disconnect service at a premises. Some commands are relevant (and available) to only gas devices while other commands are relevant (and available) to only water devices. Valve Operations commands, like all Field Tools commands, display only when your mobile user permissions allow for their use.
